CHG’s internship program is designed to enhance student’s learning and growth, while providing an opportunity to meet educational curriculum requirements. Students will work on projects that allow them to think critically, create measurable goals and work independently.

For this internship, you will be a part of a cohort program called ‘HBCU IMPACT’. This program is a partnership with the University of Utah where you will be connected with other HBCU students who are interning at various companies in Utah for the summer. The University of Utah will house students in campus dorms at the Lassonde Studios, plan workshops to enhance their professional skills, and coordinate weekend activities that expose students to Utah’s unique culture. The internship will include:
- Flights to and from Salt Lake City, Utah
- Housing at Lassonde Studios, the University of Utah’s housing for entrepreneurs and creators. This will be your home for the duration of your internship. Here you will be able to meet and collaborate with other students who are a part of this program as well as with students who attend the University of Utah.

Responsibilities
Participate in team meetings to get a sense of how the team and division functions

Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a College or University or are/will be a recent 2024 graduate

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay of $20.00/hour
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
