The FAMU STRIKE Plan is a four-year career readiness roadmap designed to help students intentionally prepare for life beyond graduation from their very first semester on The Hill.At Florida A&M University, career development is not something you wait to think about during your senior year. The STRIKE Plan encourages students to explore, engage, build experiences, and prepare for meaningful careers throughout their entire FAMU journey.
