Invest in Talent. Make an Impact.
The Career and Professional Development Center’s Employer Partnership Program is more than a recruitment initiative — it’s a commitment to shaping the future of work. By partnering with us, your organization helps prepare the next generation of leaders while gaining direct access to FAMU’s talented, driven, and career-ready students.
Annual partnerships (August–April) include meaningful engagement opportunities such as targeted event access, social media features, major-specific networking, and co-branded visibility — all designed to align with your talent acquisition goals.
Rooted in our STRIKE values — Strategic, Transformational, Result-Oriented, Intentional, Knowledgeable, and Excellence — the program reflects our mission to deliver bold, intentional career experiences that empower students and elevate employer partnerships.
