I worked my way up by working hard and having high standards. I held various senior marketing positions in major financial institutions, the majority of which were offered to me by management. I was always willing to take on any challenge; learn new products, services, and market segments. I built strong teams utilizing and learning skills from prior Leaders. I believe managerial and leadership skills are the key to developing successful teams. Now, I am most proud of how many members of my team are thriving. I am passionate about mentoring and developing future managers and using my skills to help in any way I can.
