SOTA is a non-for-profit organization that is open to both undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at Florida A&M University to connect, learn, mentor, and serve together. Undergraduates learn more about the profession of occupational therapy, find guidance in the graduate application process, and find mentorship through graduate students. Graduate students gain leadership experience and further promote and incorporate skills learned within the occupational therapy program on campus and the community. SOTA’s mission is to enhance the knowledge of the profession of occupational therapy through professional, educational, community, and social activities.
