The Sandy Hill Staff is a team of 160+ college-aged staff from around the world who work together to positively impact the lives of our campers. While being a counselor is lots of fun, it is also a lot of hard work. Your job is to put the needs of the campers above your own and to help them to learn, grow, and have fun.

You will need to be available for the required dates from early June through mid-August. Check out the staff section of our website for details including dates, training, pay, and the online application. You may also want to look at our YouTube channel and Instagram.

It takes lots of people with a variety of skills to make camp great. We hire staff with skills in:

Waterfront – boat driving, sailing, or canoeing

Equestrian – riding, teaching lessons, and equine care

Ropes Course or Sports – including archery and tumbling

Creative Arts – performing arts, fine arts, magic and cooking

Nursing or Pre-Med – for those studying in the medical field

Photography, Videography

Housekeeping, Maintenance

Office

Food Service

and we also offer training!
