PODS Enterprises LLC, a leader in the moving and storage industry, is currently seeking an HR Intern to support the HR – Total Rewards team to join our corporate headquarters in Clearwater, Florida.
The HR – Total Rewards Intern will provide support to our Total Rewards team which includes the following functions: New Hires, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and HRIS. Other departments within HR may have other projects, as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated to identify and solve problems creatively
- Ability to organize data and deliverables simply and neatly for leadership to review
- Work/Collaborate cross-functionally with other groups to contribute research and analysis to HR initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to think critically and analyze multiple correlating data
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Basic Microsoft Suite Skills
