The Store Process Intern will work to understand store operations, identify areas of process improvement, and make recommendations for changes that will drive operational efficiency and/or elevate the associate experience. He/She will partner with various teams and subject-matter-experts to identify largest in-store areas of opportunity based on potential return on investment. The intern will be responsible for researching and proposing a solution(s) while keeping the customer and associate experience in mind.
