Corporate Support Specialist

Job Description:
KEYENCE is seeking a Corporate Support Specialist to assist our Corporate Marketing department with the support of its ongoing marketing and database management activities. Candidates must be comfortable in an administrative role, have a high degree of attention to detail, a strong ability to prioritize, process and organize tasks and an improvement-conscious mindset. As we constantly look for areas to improve, our ideal team member has a passion for learning and identifying such opportunities along the way.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Efficiently and accurately support the marketing team with the processing of daily administrative and data entry tasks.
- Communicate with customers via our website chat systems to help with general questions and transfer more complicated questions to our tech team.
- Read, review and process customer responses to marketing emails.
- Field general customer inquiries via ticketing system, either replying to customer directly or forwarding ticket to correct department.
- Independently and accurately complete various data cleaning and entry tasks into our CRM using excel.
- Provide task and project updates weekly.
Requirements and Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (4 year)
- Proficient in Microsoft-based programs, particularly Excel
- Ability to keep yourself extremely organized and prioritize tasks in order to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time that vary in deadline
- Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information
- Travel up to 10%
- Previous Administrative background is not required but beneficial
