CountryPlace Mortgage is a nationwide personal property and mortgage lender that is seeking to find their next great Sales Representative (Home Financing). This position offers the opportunity to earn a strong base salary and monthly bonuses while selling in a business to business format.

Qualifications:

-Self-motivated and driven

-Energetic with excellent sales/interpersonal skills

-Excellent oral, written, and listening skills

-Exceptional communication and presentation skills

-Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships

Primary Responsibilities:

-Makes sales calls on both prospective and existing clients to develop new business and retain existing business

-Develops and maintains positive working relationship with existing clients by serving as a primary point of contact for questions, concerns, etc.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree

-Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills

-Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite

-Ability to travel 50+% of work time
