We are a dynamic company still at the beginning of our company’s growth stage. We are constantly searching for intelligent, personable, and team-oriented individuals to add to our growing culture; future partners that are looking to make an immediate impact on our growth. Our culture is comprised of close knit relationships, mentoring, training, and team comradery. About AIM Group

The AIM Group represents the internal leadership opportunities within our company’s different branches, Fortitude Systems LLC, BlueROCK, and Meritas. Fortitude Systems is an employee-owned consulting firm with locations currently in Washington, D.C., Chicago, Ill, Dallas, TX and Denver, CO. Our specialization is within the technology field (ex. We are driven by our client relationships, providing our clients with industry leading solutions under the systems integration, process development, and technical augmentation umbrella. In 2017, Fortitude Systems launched a new division called BlueROCK. BlueROCK focuses on the implementation of enterprise technology solutions and professional services, allowing us to provide our clients with an even more adept menu of solutions.

Internally, we have grown exponentially through an organic process that invests not only in mastering our client services, but also focusing on how to manage and lead our company’s employees for the future. We have a large contingency of student-athletes because we believe that the balance of an academic workload along with athletic-training, competition, and adversity is an awesome environment that has the potential to mold the type of leader that we are looking for. Overall, we are looking for individuals that want to be the future leaders of our company, regardless of background.

We offer only increasing base salaries + uncapped commission, as well as private stock incentives (as we are an employee-owned company).
