Job Description: 24-7 Consulting, LLC is actively seeking immediate Temporary Full-Time Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks in Tallahassee, FL. 24-7 Consulting, LLC is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects. The incumbent can look forward to projects including various assignments for local municipalities. These positions located on Merchants Row Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL will last eight-plus months with a potential opportunity to extend the positions.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Frequently operate small office equipment such as cash register, calculator, and copier/printer. The Bookkeeper works with the Assistant Manager or Operations Manager to ensure accurate billing and accounts receivable.
- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: At least 18 years of age with excellent written and oral communication skills Lead by example and empower others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Problem Solving skills The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accounts, inspection and auditing, and preparing information to be presented to corporate accounting or auditors.
- Provide general office support including filing and supply management.
