The Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) is committed to preparing Florida A&M University students for lifelong success by building the skills, experiences, and connections that lead to high-quality careers. As part of the Office of Enrollment Management, the CPDC plays a vital role in advancing student retention and career outcomes—two key components of Florida’s Performance-Based Funding Metrics 1 and 2. Through programming, personalized coaching, and strategic campus and industry partnerships, we help students explore options, grow professionally, and take the next bold step toward their future.

We build capacity by equipping students with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to navigate their career journeys.
